Here are some clips from Deke’s 1st birthday party in Laos. He reacted the same way Jonas did to the Panda cake, though I don’t think Jonas cried. I don’t know what it is with our boys not wanting to get the hands dirty. I don’t really see this cleanliness come out at any other times during our day.

Candice is doing a giveaway for a brand new peapod, a mp3 player for kids, on her blog. So, we decided to make a video of the kids messing around with it. Here is what turned out:
The rains came down tonight. It was the first instance of the rainy season that we had been able to see since arriving in Laos. After running around naked in the driveway, the boys came inside where Von and Baht had turned on their radio. This is a little clip of them wiggling and bobbing to the music. It also has a little bit of Deacon carrying his mop around at the end.
